Also: created the missing Disclaimer page (was linked from 5 pages), corrected the stale
iOS-install section (iOS is a direct .ipa sideload now, not build-from-source only), and
replaced every dead github.com/raw.githubusercontent.com link across the wiki with the
self-hosted noop.fans equivalents (Releases, Issues, source, the iOS build notes).
